A MVP Flex with the 4-position hunting stock looks good to me, except that it adds $150 to the cost. With the tactical stock, it looks like another Mberg tactical abortion.

Wut? ^ my mossberg MVP shots 5.56 and 223 with no problems. Used standard pmags and USGIs without a single hiccup. Single shot bolt? Lol bolt action rifles are single shot

You're not understanding the question that I answered...

When you hand load "long ammo" (seating a heavier bullet to a longer OAL to maximize case capacity) the rounds will no longer fit into a magazine since the bullet sticks out too far. This is why they make single-shot sleds for magazine-fed bolt guns. It allows the shooter to fire ammo that's too long to otherwise fit into the rifle's magazine.

So, unless you are shooting hand loads using heavy bullets seated to a longer OAL than store-bought .223 or 5.56, you wouldn't need to use a sled..
