I just sprayed it with some flat black "acrylic enamel" rustoleum, it matches the finish pretty well. It's not perfect but very close, can hardly tell unless the lighting is just right. It's not going to be a safe queen so it's plenty close enough for me.

Went out to the range today to get her sighted in. Shot some Federal Gold Medal match 175grain and Norma Match 168grain.

Lightened up the pull on the timney a bit, its sitting right around 2lbs, feels great. For the price, this vortex scope also looks great, clear glass, turrets feel very positive and I plan on doing a tracking test in the near future as well.

Going to head out to BLM land this weekend to stretch it out and shoot some steel.

This was my best group at 100 (on the bench, bipod, with a rear bag), but most of my groups were 3/4 MOA or better. I admittedly pulled a flyer in a couple groups though, oops.
