Best budget long range sniper rifle?

Tikka tactical in 308. Shoots sub 0.5 Moa out of the box. Imagine a manners stock on it!! No Remington 700 will shoot .5 Moa stock.

im going to go with the 700. i just recently bought one myself. can't say performance is better than the other rifles mentioned. i based my decision on the basis that with most rifles being similar that the 700 has much more aftermarket parts and upgrades available compared to other brands. also the one i picked up had a 1:10 twist barrel that just made it more attractive if i decided to go with the heavier grain ammo like the 175 grains. but with the 1:10 twist could also use the 150 grain ammo as well. however that was all from others opinions, will find out when i get to get out to the range and do some research of my own, finally.

Not true, my Remington 700 PSS shoots less than .5moa using Federal 168gr Gold Medal Match.

I had to buy two 50BMGs to compensate so, I guess I'll loos that one. Then again, I do own a few NNA revolvers and a few different pocket guns in .22 short.

Next time I see you. I'll have to let you shoot my copy of a Colt Lord and my Uburti copy of a Sharps pepperbox. Both are .22short only. I also have a RG revolver in .22short but, I don't let friends shot RGs.
