Just called Camarillo Gun Store to see if my DROS cleared. They told me wait times right now are 14 to 16 days.

I just did a PPT on Friday and was told they were running 11 days. Hopefully, that was correct.

            Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

I've done 4/4 in 10 days since this started. Probably a ton of factors play into overall times.

Does what is being dropped seem to have an effect on time, as in pistol vs ar 15 or shotgun vs bolt action rifle?

No idea. Mine is a 22 lever gun.

It didn't seem to as of last month. I knew of four, completely different types of firearms (including mine) and they varied... 12, 14 (mine), 16, and 14. The longest one I personally know of took 21 days; but, there are posts in these threads claiming longer.

Was in Turners yesterday, and they told me to expect at least 12 days.

I was talking with a friend in Reno who happened to drop into Cabelas a few days ago. He said there's been a huge run on guns and there is no ammunition on the shelves. All of the used guns have been pulled from the racks, apparently because the store manager was concerned people would simply walk off with them.

I suspect DOJ has been overrun with DROS applications and that's a big reason for the delay in processing.

                            11 days last week.
The real piss off was that the shop would only call me if it was denied. Did not call for pending, and they wouldn't answer the phone to check. "Just come down, it should be ready". Yea, 20+ miles and 40 min. waiting to get in.
So, to do it again, I would wait 15? days if you can't verify, unless the shop was super easy.

Guys, CRPA is fighting CADOJ over these wait times longer than the mandated 10 days.

CRPA is collecting our stories for use in this effort.

Go to the CRPA website and send an e-mail to them outlining your issue(s)

I hope you all who are trapped in this BS will be able to get your firearms soon.
