    Lever Run to Phillips

Planning a run to Phillips tomorrow morning. Boredom has reduced my reloading supplies inventory to only a ton.

Need to get out of the house (my wife says).

    Social distancing will be practiced.

Yea, have a good time. My wife's position as well as four others at her work were all terminated today. We have to move a whole room full of books and teaching supplies into my already-packed garage and the guest room in the tiny house we live in.

Really pissed at the treatment the so-called "pastor" and principal at the school handed to my wife and four of her colleagues (my wife has spent her entire 25-year professional career! there).

      More will be revealed.

Check inventory....I was looking at their webpage today. Not a lot of lead, still a lot of primers but he's oos on a few, mostly small pistol. Powder is low too..

But it always worth the drive. Make sure you check in before you enter. He's limiting the amount of customers inside..
It takes a lot of balls to play golf the way I do.

          Golf,
Planning to be there between 9 and 9:30am.

          Apples,
Sorry to hear about your wife. We are going out of our way to support small businesses during this crisis.

Phillips is limiting you to 5,000 primers and he's not selling any ammo ( the background check eats up too much time).
Get what you need, he's going to be closed for the entire month of April.

When things get tough you find out real fast just who you can count on, sounds to me like this so called "pastor" and the principal are willing to sacrifice everyone else in his/her place. Sorry to hear of this, you and your wife will come out of this and stronger.

Phillips is out of stock on everything I shoot. Hope this is not the beginning of another period of powder shortage.
                  Stay safe lever gunners.

I doubt it. Unless you see MidwayUSA or Powder Valley post "out of stock" I wouldn't worry.

That said, I might have an extra pound of propellant someone might use for whoever might need it in the near future. Offer extended to MLC and those I know personally.

Sort of a "just in case" scenario. Let me know.

Apples, very sorry to hear of the wife's unfortunate turn of events. Hopefully you both still have good health. You will emerge stronger, and your values may be different as a result. So much for that DS pastor; but that is another topic.

I've never been to the store you guys are posting about, but have already noticed that some of my preferred online vendors are out of certain items, and one has said that there may not be any more "free shipping" or reduction of associated haz-mat fees for the foreseeable future. I'm well stocked for the long haul in just about every conceivable manner as relates to ammunition production, so I'm able to keep busy while I wait for my various surgeries to get going. This virus matter is literally painful at times.
Best of luck to those seeking supplies, and best wishes for you & families.

                          Thanks g.

We're stopped here at home for a lunch break but the good news is we only have one more trip, and it looks like it will all mostly fit in the guest room and in the middle of the storage shed where the bicycles were, and with room left over to squeeze alongside the stacks.

One thing I have going for me is my wife is organized. This made the first big load in both our vehicles easier (my pickup and her small s.u.v.), and easier to sort and stack once it's all finally out of there. I have complimented my wife and told her I'm glad she's worked to keep things mostly organized.

                          One more trip!

My daughter in WA has her two sons in a church school, and they just had to shut down. Fortunately, she is also working from home but the boys (3 and 5) will complicate that. I am not sure what options these schools have as most of them are not big money makers.

I am sorry for your wife's termination or lay off. Did they hold out any optimism for when things get normal again?

I haven't read the whole ad, but I just got a Midway USA flyer showing no haz mat fees...probably with a minimum sized order requirement.
