    Midway has the Sporter on sale, so I'm re-evaluating this. Looking at the user manual it doesn't look like it does any calculations for you, like average velocity or SD. I guess that means writing every shot down and calculate at home?

      The sporter does give sd,es and avg.

        If interested in the MagnetoSpeed v3 (latest), I have one I would consider selling. It has never been used or even been affixed to a rifle.
