    As a result of this thread, i got a Sturdevent Richmont 35 inch/lb for $30 deliveredon ebay. It got here today, and it looks gently used. I picked up a set of bits from harbor freight, and i believe im set.

    Still uncertain as to whether i will have Randall help me set up the scope when i have him do other sundry things to a new rifle.

    But i can setit up to spec in the garage....
