Budget chassis system recommendations

Check out Modular Driven Technologies (MDT). I paid $420 for an LSS Chassis. I used stuff I had laying around to finish it. Buffer tube , LUTH-AR stock and a Magpul MOE grip.

You said your budget was $400-700. MDT fits that budget very nicely starting at $399.

The $400 chassis with no buttstock turns into $700 real quick when you add a magpul PRS stock and a pistol grip.

Coming from a guy that's had a few different chassis, I got rid of them all when I found a nice Manners stock.

I may buy a chassis down the road, but I find both McMillan and Manners to have very ergonomical offerings.

That's a luth stock, not a Magpul PRS.

It's a McMillan A5 made more like an HS or B&C with McMillan's good graces.

OP, get yourself the Grayboe and call it a day!

That hook comes in handy when you use your offhand to pull the rifle into your shoulder.

I run an A5 myself on my tack driver and a T4 on another range toy.

When I say made like an HS or B&C, I'm talking about the thinner shell, not the shape.
It's a proper A5 shape.
They only make them in 1 configuration to keep costs low so customization options like light vs heavy fill or adjustable cheekpiece etc.

As most people will not have a need to park their F150 on their stock that's spanning two bricks, the thinner shell will be fine for most people.

I was at Cabela's fondling one, and the GRS stock really seems to be polarizing. People love it or hate it.

There was a coupon code putting the stock and DBM under $400 too IIRC.

edit: yep GB10 at checkout will give oyu 10% off. On a $440 stock thats $44 off.
