When you send it back to the factory put a note in the box letting them know the exact issue you are having.
Years ago when Browning brought out the bar semi-auto some of them would jam up. Shooters would send the guns back to Browning in the original box and Browning would fire 60 rounds down the gun without a single gun jamming on them.
The problem was the ejecting cartridge case would hit the knob on the front scope ring and jam.
The factory couldn't repeat the problem because they don't test for accuracy with a scope because the gun is fired from a fixture.
Make sure you put a note in the box before closing it up.

I had a similiar issue with leupold rings and warn bases on a kimber rifle. Ended up pulling off scope and rings. Looked down top of receiver/bases and noticed tops of bases were not parallel. Loosened base screws, threw a bubble level on top and aligned bases to each other. Retorqued screws, rechecked leveling, put rings and scope back on and had all my windage adjustability back.

Remington called this morning and said they are mailing me a new rifle to my FFL and they will cover all costs to DROS the rifle.

I did not ask him what was wrong with the rifle as they called early this morning and I was still asleep. I am guessing it was one of the issues stated above by other members and Remington was unable to fix.

At least Remington is doing the right thing.

put a tinfoil shim on left side of front scope mount. Should move point of impact to right.

Could it be the scope is not calibrated properly? Can you borrow another scope and see if the problem is still there...if not then it's the scope...if it is then it's the rifle

if you read the other posts you will see the rifle was the end problem and later confirmed to be the problem by Remington.

Had to DROS the new serialized rifle back from Remington. The paperwork included with the rifle stated the scope mounting holes on top of the action was drilled improperly and off.

Pissed now cause i have to wait another 10 days to get this rifle after i already waited ten days the first time. had to pay another 30 dollars to DROS the rifle (Remington states they will reimburse, at my time of do this again and sending a copy of the DROS receipt)

Anyway, WAY TO GO REMINGTON! quality #0 now!
