                    You shoot an AR single shot...therefore the OP shouldn't load his rifle to full capacity? I'm not really getting it.

                        No, I shoot an NRA match rifle. Only 20 shots out of the 50 shot match are shot rapid fire (more like timed fire). So I am shooting for score under time pressure and I manage a magazine change with a bullet button just fine. So that is 32 minutes of slow fire vs 2 minutes of rapid fire.
