Just can't stand the Sig Loaded Chamber Indicator.

All of the on roster P226 have that hideous LCI. None of the on roster P220's have the LCI.

I've yet to see the p250 that is on the list.

I had the Sig P320 Full Size. The gun is so big it dwarfed my M&P9 Full Size. Besides that, it's got a great trigger, great ergos, and the modular aspect makes it unique..

I've got the 320C in 9mm and it's a fantastic shooter. I've also got an XD40 with a 4 inch barrel. While I am an XD fan, it doesn't hold a candle to the 320. Everything about the 320 seems a cut above. The grip angle is perfect, and the trigger is about as good as it gets. I like it as much as my SA/DA M11-A1 (which is one of the smoothest firing handguns I've ever fired).

                well, i made a complete 180

PPT'ing a XD40sc tomorrow and gonna pick up the XD9 Tactical while I'm there.

I'm a huge SIG fan... but I'm trying to be practical for the first time. XD9sc stays upstairs. If i did the p320, it would have to be moved when i wanted to carry it....

Hopefully in the future I'll find a LEO who is willing to sell me a P320 at a normal price.

Enjoy those XD pistols. I plan on picking up another XD some time in the future (probably an XD9 sub-compact and an XD9 5"). They accurate and damn reliable. Can't go wrong with them!

I really want an XDm 45 for a range toy... but it just isn't in the books right now. I have plenty of target/range pistols as it is... i still have a 1911 frame that i keep forgetting about!

                    i need more money lol

I saw a p226 at discount gun mart in San Diego without the LCI or mag disconnect. I believe it was the extreme. and there's also a ca version of either the navy or mk25 that don't have either.

Now if I only had the $$$ I'd get the MK25.

i was super exicted to get mine last year... but for another $100-200 the scorpion was a better buy. Beavertail, front cocking serrations, SRT, and G10 grips.. though I'm not a huge fan of the piranha look g10s, they feel nice. I actually swapped mine out for black rubber grips (uncle mikes).

Also, my FFL wouldn't give the phosphates mags as rebuilds, so I had to have the vendor (TGS) send them with factory 10 rounders (non phosphated internals).

the MK25 is much more of a novelty gun. I'll never need the phosphated internals, and it didn't come with SRT. It's just an anchor, UID sticker, and a couple certificates of authenticity.

Just wish my scorpion was non-CA. the LCI is atrocious. MDS was removed in a matter of minutes.

If I could only get 1 p226, outside of an x-series, i would probably get a stainless elite. All the features plus a nice heavy stainless frame.

seems the roster doesn't typically differentiate ca vs non-ca (except the scorpion... non-ca was off-roster).

Turners stocks the CA version of the extreme.

The roster listing of the MK25 is/was very ambiguous. There are about 3 different types of MK25/Navy P226s and the roster doesn't list any of them specifically. Over-cautious FFLs SSE'd them... my FFL didn't, and TGS didn't have an issue shipping to CA after verifying it againsf the roster

Funny thing is as a sig guy, I am down to 5 sigs. After tomorrow, I'll be up to 4 XD's. tides aren't changing, but I do appreciate the ergos and safeties of the XD line in such an affordable package. Have no problem shooting ragged holes at short range with my XDs and XD9sc, so I see no reason not to get more They will make reliable defense tools, while the sigs get moved into range/target duty.

The P320 is worth every penny of <$600. Anyone who pays more than that is a fool.
