And then he sends it off to Italy or wherever.
Well, I am fortunate enough to own a glock and CZ.
Your claims against HK are, somewhat not based on reality. Google HK handgun repair and the results are extensive.
Google "Strike One handgun repair" and the first result you get is "Nerf Gun repair".
Anyways, we could go around and around and around ad naseum.
I am happy for anyone getting a Strike One. It looks to be a great gun. Six months ago I may have been in the market for one.Comment

Got one, Shot it, not impressed
Remember reading about this pistol a few years ago, about how the Russian special forces' new pistol with non-tilting barrel and low bore axis. A new concept in recoil operated pistol! Was thinking it will never show up in US let alone in CA. Well, guess what, its here, and I bought one in CA no less.
Taken it to the range and shot it expecting a new revelation, but left unimpressed. Some quick points:- Pistol is 100% reliable with Walmart WWB 9mm
- Much less muzzle raise
- Accuracy on par with other polymer pistol of its class
- As advertised, lower bore axis compared to other pistol of its class
- mushy but light trigger release
- smaller grip than Glock - same angle as CZ
- takes standard CZ-75 mags
- Overall a good solid pistol
So what's not like about it:- Heaviest pistol of its class - a full 5 oz more than your G35.
- The recoil seems more violent than other pistol. felt recoil seems higher
- Strong recoil spring for a 9mm
- Once racked, its cocked. There is an exposed, firing pin block. Just waiting for some dirt in the wrong spot to deactivate it.
- The new link system will be inherently less consistent in barrel lock up. Barrel no longer lock directly to the slide.
- Ejection port is tiny compared to others
- More moving parts to fail.
- Price
I have not shot the "break in" rounds stated, so it may loosen up some. Not regret getting this. Just another collection. But what it is not is a replacement for Glock.Comment

Is it worth buying? Would a simple glock 17 or 19 perform same or better?Comment

Human life (including military folks) in Russia is cheaply expendable. They are tools for the state, to be used for the good of the state, with no regard for the end consequence. If a bunch die in training, no big deal. There are plenty more where they came from.Comment
