maybe for the comedic enjoyment watching all the fanboys scrambling to buy one (or 3) of them by the end of the year.

Do you want an AOW or C&R SBS/SBR in CA?

I will never do business there. The mags ship with the gun, so they are pulling the mags, selling them out of state(my best guess) then charging a premium for a pistol with no mags, knowing how hard these mags are to get right now...

I read this thread because I have some interest in the gun. I might even get one. Some of you guys are acting like this gun will somehow change your lives. I understand the cool factor of having something no one else has but that will wear off pretty quickly.

          I've had an P30, HK45, & HK45c and sold all 3. Life didn't come to an end.

This gun is not some huge leap forward. It didn't revolutionize the gun industry.

It not Plasma Rifle with a 40watt range. It's a striker fired, polymer gun.

I've bought most of my inventory from City Arms and have had a great customer service from them. On occasion, I will look elsewhere for a VP9 and not begrudge them. It is what it is... can't stay mad with Uncle V for too long

Be thankful of any business that does SSE and support them until the end, regardless of what they do with the magazines. This time next year, we'll be wishing that the option would still be available, especially as new models come out.

How can you buy a semi auto pistol legally in CA without a magazine tip do the safe handling demonstration??

IIRC, the magazine can be used for the demonstration, it just can't be transferred to you.

It would have to be limited to 10 watt range in California.

There is a third shooter...Those who could care less and don't want one.

To be fair he wrote that he could care less. That means he does care which explains why he is in this thread.
