I have received two emails. One saying processed, one saying shipped. The shipping one says it can take 8 weeks. I'm assuming that means it didn't ship yet.

I spoke with a rep from the rebate company (not Sig) and they are swamped. He said they had just started processing rebate forms rec'd on July 15th today July 28th. It takes a long time to process, verify, notify and finally mail your stuff. If you get a confirmation email, you're doing fine. I expect to receive mine in October.

Would this rebate apply to guns not on CA roster? For example the P938? Round / capacity shouldn't be an issue.

Yes it applies- waiting on my 10rounders form my 226 dark elite.

My rebate was approved and was marked shipped on 7/1. Haven't seen anything yet. When the rebate first started you could choose what mags you wanted, now you are limited to the type of pistol you bought.

I sure wish they'd hurry the feck up! Getting impatient and tired of stopping and refilling my mag every 10 rounds If I only knew somebody out of state who could send me some larger mags

Mine was marked shipped on 7/18, I'm half expecting it to come in December haha.

I assume they'll still honor the magazines for CA residents, and send 10 round mags? Can anyone confirm this? The terms on the form are not clear.

My wife ordered one last week and I am planning on buying one later this week. They should both be DROS'd before the 1st but won't be done with the 10 days obviously until well after. I can't really tell from the comments in here if it will still apply, but it seems that the purchase date would be well within the promotion. I mean especially with my wife's, it's already paid for and the place that shipped it should have a receipt saying last week...

I would check with SIG to see if it was received. I have not heard of anyone waiting that long (there are a couple of threads on this in another forum). Mine took 11 days to confirm receipt and another 5 days to get the shipping confirmation. The shipping confirmations now say 8-10 weeks up from 6-8 weeks. Hopefully your brother made copies of what he sent in case it was lost somewhere.

I have an M11-A1. Last year I got a "standard" capacity when SIG had us send in a coupon for the 3rd magazine. Any chance of this happening again?
