For anyone else...once it finds your status, you have to click on your claim number to see the details page. FWIW, mind says black (I had written a note requesting black and sent it in with my other paperwork) and no mention of mags.

Also possibly worth noting: the status page says approved, the details page says shipped and the e-mail I got yesterday says order placed. I don't think there's anything to the inconsistency -- probably just a poorly programmed fulfillment software package.

You guys are lucky. I haven't got any email yet but it's only been a week. I also had to send my gun back so all i have is a single $950 p227 mag right now :-(

I made a thread about it. itll give you all the details. basically something wasnt machined properly and the feed ramp got jacked because of it.

I wonder if Sig is only shipping mags that they have high stock quantity and mags that are low quantity or on back order will be shipped out way later?

I paid in full for my P238 when I put it in jail. I sent Sig the stickers off the box that they asked for, along with the receipt showing I paid for the gun in full (which also shows the serial #). I don't expect any issues.

That's what I did for my P220. I havent heard anything back yet. Sent it in near the end of July.

I had some issues, but it was worked out when I contacted them. It delayed my claim though...

my P227 invoice is very generic... no serial number... just merchant name, date, invoice number, shipping method (UPS) amount (which is actually higher than what I paid) and description (Sig 2278, I have no idea why the 8)...

anyone think this will be a problem?

I think the invoice is used more for the date than anything. You shouldn't have any problems in my opinion but who knows.
