I just bought one today at my LGS for $500. I couldn't resist at that price.

If it was on consignment the shop didn't let the seller know the going market value. You stole it at that price if it's in good condition with no blemishes.

I think with the regular 10 rd guns not being found anywhere, that is not where the bulk of their sales is, so it doesn't seem to be in their favor to continue paying the fee. Just my opinion.

Lucky you. That's an uncommon occurrence. I paid more for a very clean used one.

i'd say wait. It doesn't seem like CZ has let many/anything off the roster in the last 2 or 3 years. *knock on wood*

I'd imagine it would make even less sense to drop things now as demand for their products seems to have increased... unless they too wanted to hop aboard with getting rid of the roster via exposing it as a backdoor ban.

It's a ridiculously good gun, I'd get one just to have one regardless of roster concerns. My SP-01 and 75_SA are the only two guns that I have complete confidence that I'll hit my target with. (not that I'm a great shot or anything, they just make it easy and cover my bad trigger technique)

Got an SP-01 91152 in stock notification @ GAG. GAG will not send 19rd mags. Also Matt Mink's store, automaticaccuracy.net has the SP-01 Tactical in 9mm & 40sw in stock. He will ship the standard caps to an out of state address and may block them to 10rds if you ask.

Here's my SP-01 Tactical in 9mm I did the short reset by taking off material on the fpb lifter pad, polished the trigger group, 11# hammer spring, cz comp hammer, installed the extended firing pin, and slim black aluminum grips off one of my Shadows. Just waiting on the older original 85c trigger, and CGW disconnector.
