What about black hills ammo?

Looking for some JHP ammo and I came across the black hills ammo 124 JHP for $15.99 for 20. Is this ammo any good?

Black Hills is known for their Cowboy Action Ammo. It is really good stuff.

If you're looking for Cowboy ammo they are the ones to get.

Black Hills is definitely good to go. Fine premium ammunition from those guys.

My experience has been very, very good with Black Hills. It usually goes for a premium price (and that was before the current ammo weirdness!)

I've seen defensive ammo comparo's where Black Hills comes out on top. I think the last one I read where they did well was a .40 comparo. The last HP 9mm I bought was Buffalo Bore 115 grain+p+ (in stock at a bunch of places... Midway and Cabela's come to mind).

It Sounds like its good stuff, but seems wierd that it's only $15.99 compared to some on Cabelas that are more expensive. For example the hornaday civil defense is $23.99.

Black Hills is extremely high quality, and I've had nothing be great experience with their self defense loads.

Good stuff, but expensive....even when compared to Federal HST or Gold Dots.
