Bought an XDS 9mm Bitone

Blatant look at me post. I went into my local favorite FFL and there was an XDS 9mm sitting on the counter. A guy was deciding between the black .45 and the bitone 9mm. He took the .45 and It took me all of 10 seconds to say "i'll take it".

The SS slide is not a bright as pics I've seen on line and really looks great next to the black. 9 more days to wait!

I've always liked the two tone look on pistols. XD in 9mm wrapped in that size package = perfection. Good choice.

Nice! I fondled on of those last Thursday at OC Firearms, but ordered a shield later from Grabagun. Definitely looking to add an XDs though. Looking forward to a range report.

I got it at Brian Nussbaum FFL in Burlingame. Wasn't even considering a bitone as the pics on line make the slide look very shinny. In person it's more gray and looks amazing. April 8th can't get here soon enough.

Yup. The bi tone is sort of matte looking. Congrats! I have a 4 inch 9mm XDs waiting for me at my FFL. I'm backed up 3 months right now!
