    I disagree. This list isn't about ensuring safe guns are imported to CA. It's about gun control and preventing guns from coming into CA. By boycotting the list, they actually achieve their goals.

    No, boycotting the list only strengthens the anti-gun movement's resolve.

      Your statement is true if we lost Pena v. Cid, but since that case is still undecided, we are better off having as few guns on the roster as possible. I believe that's why Ruger and S&W decided to let their guns drop. They see the bigger picture.

          The thought is, the less handguns on the roster the more obvious it is that the roster is a ban on handguns.
