That happened to me there with a Para Elite...... Mix up on stock. Ordered a FNX 45 a month later, all went well. Probably going to order a HK 45 there next.

Actually, I'm with the OP, I was taken by Grabagun too.
Last year I had my eyes on a really hard to get S & W Performance Center model. I had an email alert set-up with Grabagun, and got an email one Saturday morning that the gun I wanted was in (I literally was siting there when their email showed up in my inbox!). Anyway, long story short. I proceeded to, "purchase" the gun from them online, set-up delivery to a FFL, paid with my credit card and even received an emailed receipt from them, etc. I was overjoyed with my purchase the rest of the weekend, and then Monday morning rolls around and they email me and tell me that in-fact then didn't have the gun in question in stock and they were cancelling my transaction. They of course refunded my money, but now a year later, they still have never received the same gun back in, and regardless if they can blame their error on their e-commerce system, they're not a company I'd do business with.Comment

Just wanted to follow up. Drosed my P99 last night at Orange County Firearms, Steve is a pretty cool guy and the process was pretty strait forward. Will update when I get the gun in my hands.Comment

I put a Walther P99 on par with a Glock or a SIG as far as availability and production quantity goes; it's not some uber-custom/ultra-rare curio. I am willing to bet they can special order it from any number of wholesalers in their network.
As for Grabagun - I ordered a Magpul PRS stock from them, in black, earlier this year and was in diseblief that their sale price was nearly $55 lower than anywhere else as the next lowest price I could find on the internet after looking hundreds of places/sources. Sure, it was a special sale; but I had never heard of them, yet I linked to their site through Slickguns. So I had doubts that maybe it was a fake, an Airsoft knock-off, a scam, whatever.
It arrived in the mail 4 days later, the real deal, Magpul genuine, perfect. That's been my only order ever from them, but I was quite surprised and saved a good deal of money. I've had three great experiences with Grab-A-Gun (one Springfield Armory Trophy Match .45 ACP, one CZ 452 Ultra Lux .22 LR and spare magazines for the Ultra Lux). They all shipped within one or two days of placing the order. I'm glad it's working out for the OP, as I would not hesitate to order from Grab-A-Gun again.Comment
