I too have had nothing but good experiences with them. Purchased several guns and other items from them with no problems.

Sounds like a screw-up for sure but I would guess they have some good relationships with their distributors based on the volume of guns they sell and would give them a chance at getting you the Walther you purchased.

I have ordered one gun from grabagun and it was a good experience. I picked up a 9mm XDM compact for a good price, they shipped promptly to my FFL who did the SSE conversion.

I hope the OPs situation is just an isolated screw-up and hopefully they'll get it fixed quickly.

I ordered my first gun from grabagun on Saturday. Great price on a CZ 75BD at $466. I filled out the customer service form to see if they would ship the standard mag model to CA if my FFL would take the mags apart. I got an affirmative response within a couple of hours and it shipped today.

I am pretty sure this was an isolated issue, obviously everyone has had a smooth process. I called them again this morning, I was reassured that they already placed an order with Walther and it is already on the way to their warehouse and as soon as they receive it, it should ship out. I still have my guard up, but hoping the best.

Just placed my first order for a shotgun from Grabagun that no one else had in stock. had tracking number the next business day. should arrive tmw. also their website updated to show the gun was no longer in stock. see what happens when u involve humans in the transaction?? that old telephone thing is worthless. That said it does sound like they made an honest human mistake and they are trying to correct it for you.. I would think you can always cancel your order if you find it elsewhere...

GRABAGUN=FAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

just picked up my gun and turned out even though my invoice and website said Left Hand. they shipped a Right handed version. Didn't notice till the FFL had called it into the state... Got stuck with $30 of fees and had to aruge with Grabagun to agree to give me a return label to ship it back. they said as the FFL was already done they could not do anything even though they admitted it was their error....
Told them my next call was to my credit card company. Then they agreed to send a return label. They will either give me refund or ship the correct gun. Either way I'm still out the $30 FFL fee.

Lesson learned for me too. fully inspect the "New" gun before doing purchase paperwork..... The FFL I had it shipped to said we had to complete the transaction and then for me to call and get a return label from grab a gun....

I've only had good experiences with Grabagun. lots of magazines. a couple of hard to find guns.

I ordered a shotgun that was in-stock from Grabagun. Like you, I called ahead to make sure the inventory was current and was told they had a whole bunch of them in stock. So I ordered.

1 week went by, no ship notice. 2 weeks went by, no ship notice. 3 weeks went by, no ship notice. Finally I received an email that they were sold out and they were cancelling my order!!! I was freeking pissed! And this was during the insanity when everything was hard to find. In the few weeks since I had placed the order, I saw the shotgun pop up at a couple other places. But since I already had an order in at Grabagun, I passed on those deals. That was a huge mistake.

I sent Grabagun a couple emails telling them what they did was unacceptable, and they ignored them.

They will not get any business from me.
