Sometimes when i strip out an allen wrench i can hammer in a size above and pull it out but you seem to be beyond that. Id say spray some liquid wrench on it, try a new approach in the morning

If you drill enough of the head off you can probably just pull that butt plug right out, then just drill a new hole in place of the old to clean it up a bit so its not all marred up

Lock frame In vise and drill the plug. Than cut plug and screw from inside frame. If all else fails.

Try a high speed dremel bit to make the hole, then an extractor. Note:
will generate a lot of heat. keep plastic part cool with water, go slow.
Have not done this on a gun, but lots of other apps with stripped screws.

Try this, first fill that hole with Kroil for a few days. If it drains down rather quick, put more in.
After 2 days remove Kroil from hole, fill with oil any oil and drill again.
The key is to put pressure on the bit as to not dull it while it spinning. Have someone keep put oil in as you put pressure. Best if you use a drill press, but hand held will work. Remember that hole can be retapped to the next screw size if needed.

It sounds like the allen screw has become work hardened aka Tempered due to drilling....

If you don't go the gunsmith route, a diamond bit in a dremel can grind off the head of the screw...
