No love for the Gen 3 S&W? How 'bout a used 4516 or somethin'?

Glock 30SF. I've also heard some great things about the Taurus PT745.

might sound crazy but what do you guys think of a p220 carry... equinox. a little bigger and a lot nicer than what i intended.... but im a sucker for sigs

really trying to secure a handgun that might not be available that magical day we get ccw in san diego. in the meantime it'll serve as range gun/safe placeholder/"just because" part of the collection.

The grip on the P220 carry is the same size as the grip on the P220; for me that is the part that prints when I am trying to conceal a pistol. I know there are lots of folks who can conceal a full size gun, but so far I feel more comfortable with a grip that is a little smaller. I have a 5" Baer 1911 on order, so hopefully I will find the right carry package to conceal it when it arrives.

I know what you mean, love me some Sigs If I could find a factory nickel (P225, P228, P22 anything) without a rail; I'd be one happy camper!

In the mean time - this is a very slick interim solution.

This rig goes with me everywhere now, with a simple three-tumbler luggage lock.

My P245 is on my permanent "not for sale" list, in fact I'd pick up another (funds permitting) just for a back up! Great gun, carries like a P239, but in 45 ACP. Sure, only 6+1, but a spare mag in my off side pocket is always with me.

Thanks for the lead on the P226!

For the money, even though I am not a die-hard Glock fan, it really can't go wrong with a G30SF (yes, I have one.)

If I have to change something on the G30SF, the only thing I could think of is - may be - a different front/rear sight combo like the Trijicon HD night sight set.
