Farther out, I told him I'm also trying to see when the shop is going out.

well, i shot 55 rounds for groups today. all shot standing, unsupported at 15 yards. no warm ups or dry firing - if that matters?

25 rounds of 124gr +P Gold Dots
30 rounds of 115gr PMC


For the first group of the day I started out with a few sets of 124gr +P:




Here is the 2nd group - it's the 5 shot vertical string near the multi-tool. (ignore the rounds to the lower left, those you'll see later)




my average spread with the PMC was about 8-10 inches LOL , seen here (the ones i said to ignore until now):



pretty much everything in the center. the multi tool at full extension is 9 inches.


now back to gold dots.

had the makings of a good group.




the last (and best group) of the day:




I'm strongly considering a drop in barrel (maybe Storm Lake?) or sending my gun of to G&R to have one fitted. Either that or waiting for Apex to make their barrels and giving it to them.

The wife and I shot my M&P and my friends M&P VTAC edition back to back (he has the Duty/Carry Kit from APEX).

Afterwards my wife turns to me and says "we're making our trigger like his trigger" So maybe I'll just wait and get a bunch of APEX work done at once.

First day of shooting my M&P9 went great, fired every time! Only problem was brass ejecting right into my head! Anyone know if there is anything to help with that?
