wweigle, I can also attest to Para's great customer service. Every time I email or call or email they're really friendly and patient to answer my questions. In fact, I just received my EGW HD extractor fedex'd to my door. I called tuesday and today is friday.

Oh, yeah, great customer service. I had a P18 magazine with a cracked lip. I called Para and they wouldn't sell me just the magazine tube, they knew it was legal but it was against company policy to ship to California. The rep asked me what was wrong, I told him and he said to send the tube to them and they would fix it. A week later, I got a new tube in the mail, no charge.
