I'm sure if they have to do background checks, they will stop in Kommifornia!
Especially after the reaming they got from this state back in 2004.

This comes up every 3-6 months i feel like. Nothing ever materializes. I feel like the Walmart people just get tired of us so they spew bull****
"Then there are sheepdogs. The sheepdogs are the bastions of safety. The sheepdog lives solely to protect the flock and confront the wolf. They live for the opportunity to be called to duty to protect the innocent. The sheepdog has fangs and the propensity for violence but hopes that he will not have to resort to it. However, he lives for that day when he will be able to use his warrior skills and mindset to keep the wolf from harming the sheep."

San Marcos had a pretty good selection this morning of most everything, except bulk .22lr. The clerk said they have been getting regular shipments of ammo.

The last time I checked, they had them at $39.99/100 rounds...hardly much of a deal in my book.

The remington is $39.99/100 but the winchester are $29.99/100 at the one I go to.

Probably works for Wal-Mart and is trying to generate sales via panic buying.

For the 45? How sure are you on this? Cause i'm almost certain the $29.97/100rd price was for the Federal Champions (which we aren't expected to see anymore of) and the $39.97ish price is for the WWB....maybe Remington too but i'm not sure.

Ammo makes a lot of profit for Walmart, so I believe they will continue to sell it.

Good to know, I live like 2 blocks from the McHenry store so I have not been to that one in a while. McHenry has been out of everything but .40 for a while now

New Walmart opened near me and they have ammo... If they were planning on discontinuing ammo sales I don't think they would have bothered setting it up in a new store.
