Just ordered my Kadet upper!

I'm not sure of all of the technical terms... I haven't been shooting as long as most folks here...

Benched-- Gun on the bench.
Off Hand-- Standing, one handed.

Anything else, we just call shooting.

When it comes to rifle, there's off-hand (standing), kneeling, sitting, and prone... then benched.

When we shoot rimfire pistol league, we shoot standing, one-handed, at 50 yards.

I think Off Hand is just shooting with your non dominate hand whether it's benched, supported, or non supported. I need to find a Kadet kit also.
