That said, I have girly hands, but still load magazines using only what God gave me.

Do you walk everywhere and eschew cars too?
If it was a snake, it would have bit me.

Most match shooters use some sort of speedloader so they must all have girly fingers too.
I guess we learned from years and years of loading mags that you just don't NEED to make your thumb raw so why do it?
I used to think they were not necessary either.
People that don't shoot enough to know the difference have no place telling those of us who do shoot enough whether we need a speedloader or not.
Each of my glock mags holds 23 rounds and I usually end up loading them maybe 20 times in a match.

I agree Randy, most people dont shoot enough to feel the need for one but when you are loading pistol mags over and over again like in a match situation it sure is nice to have something.

The only speedloader I would use is for a revolver. I only own 1911s for semis and it's too easy and fast to load them by hand. For some reason that Upula thing looks slow, only seems a little faster when loading the glock 9mm mag. Since I was like 12 I was the speedloader for my dad so my thumbs are well broken in.

The Uplula looks pretty good. I like my Para speed loader. No moving parts, no need for a tabletop. I don't have girly hands, just worn out ones..
Actually I only started collecting Milsurps 3 years ago. I think I might own about 24...They're cheaper than guns that will most likely never get the opportunity to kill somebody...

I belong to the group that uses firearms, and knows which bathroom to use.

Tis better to have Trolled & lost, Than to never have Trolled, at all.
