Glock vs Revolver

Looking for some good solid opinions. Ive been going back and forth with small pistols.. had walther 380 had ruger lc9 and they were all okay in there own little ways.. Im torn between getting a Glock 26 (im a Glock guy by the way so dont hate) or a Taurus 617?? 9mm vs 357
Glock holds more fire power!! (more accurate than I probably)
Taurus has the power?? (old faithful and easy to operate)
I own both calibers and both manufacturers and $$ isnt holding me back. Love to have both but looking just for one at the moment.

Between those 2, I would go with the Glock. If the revolver is a S&W, then either one will be fine.

So completely different there's no comparing. It's simply a matter of what you prefer. If your asking our preference I like semi-auto.

From those two options I'd probably go with the Glock 26 for the longer barrel and more rounds.

Both, I carry a S&W 640 .357 Rem J frame and 2 Glocks.

Non-Airframe (you want weight) 357, bobbed hammer, 1 stage trigger (you other revolver guys know what I mean). Solid punch and if you are not a wuss totally manageable in a snubby pistols. It won't be as compact/light as an air-frame .38 revolver but it will pack some hellacious power.

A bobbed hammer is a must. No exposed hammer. And no god forsaken 3 stage trigger. Seriously Revolver manufacturers? How can you screw up over a century of trigger pull?!?!?

Get both a revolver and a Glock. They are completely different but both have qualities that I can't choose one over the other. If it came down to Taurus vs Glock for me though it would be Glock without any hesitation. I'd look into a proven revolver over one that you save a few bucks on but wonder if you got a "good" one. Ruger and S&w are both proven quality revolvers.

Remember that $50 to $100 saved by buying a cheaper gun because of price can be wasted in a couple days on a tank of gas but paying a little more for a quality gun can result in a lifetime of reliability and satisfaction.

I'd get both a Glock and revolver if I were you and not worry about either/or.
