Just be warned, once you buy a CZ 75, all future gun purchases will feel like a waste of money because you will never like another gun as much....

I agree. Sadly nothing really seems "right" after going CZ.

              G20 and be done.

Oh, what? No polymer? Okay, G20.

Seriously, how can you have requirements, but then say "preferably 1911 style"? If you already prefer it, then just get a 1911. Geez!

The single action version of the CZ75 is pretty sweet and all steel.

Add a Kadet 22 conversion kit and enjoy!

Sounds like you already know what you want.... a 1911 in 9mm or .22LR.

BTW, what the heck does 1911-style mean anyways? beavertail? trigger?

                        I am guessing a P228, P229 or P239 for CCW.

Sig makes a P220 in 9mm, it's a single stack and not a double stacked magazine. One was for sale here about a week ago.

CZ 75b and if the budget allows now or in the future the Kadet conversion kit. Switch over in 15 seconds and shoot cheap .22LR from your full size all steel pistol, with the same trigger. Accurate and reliable, I use mine a lot.

Springfield 1911 in 9mm. Hard to find but well worth it. Maybe add a trigger job and new sights once you have the money.
