Safety is more concern. Lots of girls at the range go in with summer dresses and low cut blouses, just begging for a hot shell to burn them while they are holding loaded weapon. Seen a few guys here in Reno do full mag dump on full auto Thompsons and AKs not anticipating the recoil, and hiting the ceiling.

Absolutely possible. Still, no one cared or asked to see papers. It was great. Yet these guys didn't look like the type that would fill out govt paperwork.

Never have I been confronted at any range. Other than, "Sir" that's a nice Rifle/handgun.

But I have had a family member (way left Dem) ask why I would need an AR15. Simple answer...Better to have it and not need it, than need it and not have it. Always a confused look.
