    I forgot what youtube video about ammo but the guy said there was an issue once at a store where the ammo was switched, he thought it was an employee so asked for a different box the same issue. They went through the entire stock on hand and everything was switched. So it was a factory issue, not sure it was from Federal though.

            DUDE no SH*T huh. I have never had any issues with ammo and he's had 2 lol. Sounds like you have some border runners working at your store either that or some tweakers lol .

              Look in the oil filter section at Walmart. You will see Fram oil filters in Bosch filter boxes.
