OP your not the only one with out of spec rails. I heard this was an issue in other threads about this gun. Nit sure what RIA will do about this. Do they even advertise it as a 1913 rail?

What are you trying to mount? Surefire? do you have the "P" size adapter installed?

Because he didn't buy an RIA 1911. He bought an RIA 2011. The RIA 1911 doesn't have a rail. The RIA 2011 has a rail.

Not in stock, I called and paid over the phone and they ordered it. Once in they called me then I made the drive.

Yeah...it's not the roster. So LEO, or consign, or they are goofing up at J&R.
