I'm waiting for mine too. Just started the DROS process for my PPQ. It's going to be a long 10 day wait.

However, I suggest just buying some 10 round magazines and disassembling your 15 round mags.
Here's a good place to start - http://www.midwayusa.com/product/128...ProductDescrip These mags work for the PPQ. No difference except for the lack of the anti-friction coating. Just about everyone is out of stock, so happy hunting!
Thanks much for the info! That'll make my life oh so much easier. Though I've also just seen CA doesn't allow threaded barrels, and I rather unfortunately opted to get the 1st edition PPQ with a threaded barrel... I'll have to find a good OE replacement.Comment

Grabagun.com. I ordered it a while ago and it was sitting at Table Rock Arms waiting for Ryan to SSE it.
For a while... I was checking grabagun everyday to see what stock they had for HK / Sigs / Walthers. I gave up for a while since it didn't look like they were getting anything in that I wanted.
Then one day, while surfing calguns.net, I clicked on the forum sponsor link and it was in stock. So I jumped on it right away. It was in stock for literally 4-5 hours or so before it sold out.Comment

I don't recall what parts are serial numbered and I don't know the legality of swapping a barrel, but you might find someone out of state that has an equally used non-threaded barrel that would trade for your threaded version. Otherwise, I would be giving Walther a contact and see what they can do for you.Comment
