A two part Sig question...

1. What are the most reliable magazines for the Sig P220? I need to be able to stake my life on the reliability of the equipment.

2. Where is the best place to purchase reliable magazines at the best price? I need about 10 magazines and am hoping to find mags for less than the $50/each that Sig lists them for... ($500 in magazines seems frightening)

Mecgar, they do use them when you buy the pistol new. I've seen it roughly half and half though, I've seen some that come with "factory" sig mags, and there very nice or Mecgar, but the Mecgar's have an even better finish and are CHEAPER. Its ironic but all in all, I'd go Mecgar, but atleast have one or two factory mags, it cant hurt.

Dont waste your time with other ones, even the Promags. They arent worth it, If you got them for 8 bucks each at a gunshow and you only used them for range use then that would be one thing but even then its more fun and practical to have factory or Mecgar since there both used by Sig.
