The Pro is undoubtedly a wonderful 1911, but if I'm going to wait 2 years I'm going full house custom. Actually, I just did and in under two years. For me, the only reason to pay over $2500 for a production 1911 is to avoid the wait for a custom, but with a two year wait I just don't see the advantage.
In any case, it is a gorgeous pistol and congrats on your new baby!I voted against Obama before it was cool.
