Heinie ledge NS, Vickers mag release extension, and Decal grips or stippling I no longer use an extended slide catch.

Nothing is must have, and you should only replace parts out of necessity. The stock sights are fine, even if they're plastic. If the gun is going to be used in a defensive role, I would suggest night sights. I have Warren Tactical sights and like them.

Don't change any springs, the stock ones work great. The slide stop might be something you want to change. I use the extended one on all of my Glocks, however I try to teach people to not use the slide release, and even Glock recommends manipulating the slide with your support hand.

The most important thing is to learn how it shoots. So get some quality time often at the range. Also, don't clean it for 500 or so rounds. There's special lube in the gun that helps with break in.

            1. Extended slide release
            2. 3.5# connector
            3. Night sights

Everything else is nice but not a must have to me.

I was shooting a Glock when shooting a Glock wasn't cool.

I consider night sights to be a "must have". I also have a weapon light and a grip plug, but those aren't what I consider "must have" items.

Why not use the slide release?? Why use your support hand to move the slide??

Which is why the hole is there in the first place...

The hole is there to aid in debris removal, mainly water, or so I was told in my armorer class. The plug for me is mainly cosmetic. I feel like there's something not finished about the gun unless that hole is plugged.

Depends on what you plan to use the Glock for.

On my G19 I added Warren Night Sights and grip tape:

On my G34 I added Sevigney Competition sights, grip tape, a 13 pound recoil spring and a Vanek trigger kit:
Menawarkan kemudahan akses dan peluang menang tinggi, KVTOTO menjadi tempat ideal bagi pecinta togel yang ingin merasakan jackpot harian tanpa ribet.

The nice thing about Glocks are they are easy to add mods to. Add things one at a time and if the gun fails take the latest mod off. Here is a list of a few mods: http://www.cpwsa.com/Glock%20Parts.htm

Glocks are OK out of the box but for competition here are some changes I made and why. I'm 53 and the Warren/Sevigney sights are easier for me to see. I find under match conditions the Gen 3 Glocks slip around a little in my grip after sustained firing, hence the grip tape. In a competition gun changing to a lighter recoil spring makes the gun run flatter. Vanek is the gold standard of after market Glock triggers. A smooth light trigger is nice in a competition gun.

My G19 is intended for self defense. The Warren night sights are easier to see in the night or day. The front sight has a nice white outline of the tritium vial that really stands out in good light. If you plan to hit much beyond 5 yards at night get the night sights and learn to use a flash light. The grip tape is a personal choice. Otherwise my G19 is completely stock. I did shop around and find a new G19 that had the best trigger. New guns will vary so try them out and buy the one you like.

Yes they plug the hole and keep dirt out. The Glockmeister grip plug is slanted at the base and increases the mag well size in the rear making mag insertion easier:

From the CWPSA web site - Glockmeister Backstrap Channel Insert - now production division legal! This particular BCI is designed with a slant at the front which acts as a mini-magwell surface which makes mag insertion much easier. Closest thing you can have to a magwell while still having a USPSA production legal gun. Secondary purpose is to close the open cavity at the bottom of the grip, not allowing debris to enter and reach the trigger assembly and firing pin mechanisms. For models 17, 17RTF, 18, 19, 19 RTF, 20, 21, 22, 22 RTF, 23, 23 RTF, 24, 25, 31, 32, 34, 35, 37, and 38.

Go with TFO sights great in night and day, take class, buy ammo.
I took my 3.5 connector out, to light for CCW or Home Defense
You have a Glock they run great stock

I mod almost all my guns, but the Glocks don't need it.

I run my G21 stock but after carrying for awhile I could see getting a grip plug. It does collect a lot of dust bunnies in there.
