HK45! "win"

Ok, guys this thread actually got me to register for the board!

At risk of sounding like a rookie, or uninformed about Ca gun laws.... How does one go about legally purchasing a HK45 in Ca? I was under the impression that if it is not on the DOJ handgun list (last time I checked it wasn't?) then it can't be owned in Ca? Am I mistaken? Is it legal for LEO's or something? I'm a big fan of HK (own three...) and have drooled over the HK45c since it came out and if I knew how to legally acquire one I'd do it in a second!

Basically you can get one through a PPT, intra-family transfer(mom/dad to you) or through the single shot exemption(only certain FFLs will do this). Good luck in your search, I love my HK45c
