We'll be at the San Jose show this weekend. We're closing our retail location to be at the show. San Jose is a small show, but it's somewhat improving. We'll have some AR's, AK's, OLL's ($89!), pistols and shotguns. We'll have a limited amount of AR parts...too much to bring the entire store! :P

Admission is $8 (I believe 12 and under are FREE?) FREE with new NRA membership or renewal!

Parking is $8 on grounds and FREE street parking.
Sat: 9am-5pm
Sun: 9am-4pm

When you pay $12 to park and $15 to get in you might not save any money. The food is horrific and expensive as well.

But I do go with my kids for the fun factor.

That's why you get a friend to drive (and pay for parking) and use a coupon to get a cheaper ticket. I picked this up from the Del Mar show last week.



1000 rds of 9mm and 2x200 rds of .308 winchester, both factory reloads. Great for plinking and fun; got out the door for about $350.

I was wondering what the prices were for reloads for the show in Vallejo this weekend? I need to stock up on 556, 357, and 45.

Well if you reload, reloading components can be had for a good deal. Especially powder and primers!

I am debating on which one to go to, Vallejo which is two hours away or San Jose which is 45 minutes away. Everyone seems to feel the Vallejo one is better.

Yea people keep telling me that the SJ one is kinda small. I know that Metal Dog Tactical is closing shop this weekend and will be there tho. The one in Vallejo is legit from what my friends tell me.

Gun shows in CA are generally good for ammo, or fondle something you want to buy later at a good price.

I hate people like this. I help my dad sell wwII rifles he collects and parts ect and everyone, especially parents who let there teenage kids do this, think it's ok to walk up and finger f**k real mint garands, pick em up and try to charge the gun and slam it back down on the table while hitting other guns and walk away.

True enough, but there's a difference between being careful and being thick headed. The "DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT TOUCHING MY STUFF!!!!" signs and their variations all over the place don't exectly bespeak a desire to do business. I've been to hundreds of shows, I think I've seen all of two or three cleverly worded signs that convey "sure you can touch but please be careful".
