Yeah just like they invented the magpul FMG9 and M26 modular shotgun system, etc etc.

My favorite part of the show is figuring out who made all the stuff they 'invented' before them.

I was thinking there would be a giant suppressor on it HA HA HA. Every show they say the build a whole new gun when all they do is screw a suppressor on it. And for 2 grand hell no.

Looks very cookie-cutter IMO. The price is typical of Red Jacket.

red jacket is the orange county chopper of the gun world, they don't make any of their own stuff but instead mod other manufacturers items and throw their logo on it, over priced ugly guns should be the name of that show.

Hahaha, This is was I was thinking. How cool would I look with this 1911 slung on my hip while riding my OCC chopper and my Sons of Anarchy vest. Maybe even pick up a Bear Grylls gerber in case things go really bad.

I like the TV show Good old boys in Louisiana building guns. I don't buy into all the shtick as I see the show as entertainment.

As for buying their stuff, if I was in the south and flush with cash why not?

Hah for almost $2 grand. Dont think so. Everything they make is WAY over priced. You pay for their discovery channel famous name.

Pretty gun tho. you could probably find a better 1911 for that price some where else.

Yeah. My buddy just picked up a Kimber (big name) Stainless Target 2 from Turner's on Saturday for about half the price. Not ambidextrous but still a damn nice gun and at only $1030 plus DROS, tax, etc., not a bad buy.

I like black 1911s, but I'm weird in that I like a rail. Oh well.

Still, if I'm going to pay $2,000 for a handgun, it better be the best damn thing ever and that just looks like a nice, black 1911.
