On Black Friday I decided that I needed a black pistol to go with my black rifle so I bought a XD-45. 30 days later I decided that the XD wasn't cheap to feed so I bought a M&P 9. This past week I decided that everyone should own a 1911.
Unfortunately at this time, due to a dead beat tennant that destroyed my rental house I can't even afford to pay attention...
So why was I at my LGS looking at S&W and Sig 1911's?
I blame you guys...

Since a relative of mine has a rental property, i know your pain. And if Calguns didn't have a word filter, you would know that I know your pain. I've been the one who helps out with repairs, hears complaints, tried to help with installations, and hid behind the car when a drugged up psycho comes screaming out of the house when we arrive to install new smoke detectors, because the last tenant threw them away (... turns out smoking/making crack will set off a smoke detector it seems).

I hate crappy renters and the crappy things they do. Screw methheads, meatheads and thieves. Screw anyone who's out "gettin copper" to sell to the recyclers. Screw people who refuse to pay on time, even though it costs them 50$ every single time. (How can they not afford to pay on time if they can afford to pay 50 dollars extra every month?).

Oh yeah... celebrate the arrival of a new tennant by buying yourself that new 1911. Then CCW that thing when you go to visit.... just in case.

(also... document EVERYTHING with pictures and/or video... saves thousands in jacked up appliances/walls).
