It's missing from the poll cause I'm already saving up for one. Don't which one yet. Once I have $1,000.00 saved up I'm going in to Valkyrie Arms and making that purchase. 1911's are hardcore!

IMO, if you're first starting out with a Glock that's new to you, I would only change out (add) the extended slide stop lever and possibly the extended mag release. Leave everyting else alone.

Adding night sights or 3.5lb connectors or different springs or barrels can come later. First get used to the gun, practice with the gun, and break in the gun. Then after you feel very comfortable with it and know the in's and out's of it, I would then start to tinker and change out other things that you feel may benefit you (trigger, connector, springs, sights, grips, etc).

I just bought my first glock too! Well, technically yes. I bought my G31 years ago and sold it to my friend a few months back. Now he wanted to sell it so I just bought it back. He never fired it! So yeah..I bought my first glock again!
