Yes - she stuck a loaded and cocked gun in the holster.

Unless she was really fast at putting on the safety or decocking???

Cool but I gotta wonder about that aspect of it.

Nothing better than a hot woman leaning into a gun while firing off some rounds with some authority

The force of the recoil is what causes the slide to move rearward and eject the spent casing, and feed the next round. Generally, with limp-wristing, the slide's movement is re-vectored causing it to slow down (or the recoil is absorbed too much by the movement of the wrists, causing the slide to slow down in relation to the frame) which can prevent it from fully cycling, causing a failure to eject, double feed, or failure to feed.

It can happen to all semi-automatic pistols, but is more common on pistols with heavier top-ends (see: pistol-framed)

Did they put dummy rounds in random spots in each magazine to imitate a failure? Good, wholesome family fun if you ask me...and good training too.

From other videos I have seen of this kid. I think the magazine has dummy rounds in it.

Maybe she's a big girl and isn't scared of a loaded gun?

Fine with holstering a loaded weapon if she already has experience doing it safely.

I have more issues with some of her other gun handling like reloading with muzzle straight in the air and movement with the gun which the parent should be teaching her properly.

Also in another of the videos posted in youtube, I see her in a class and it appears she is sweeping body parts with the muzzle or getting very close to it. I'm not fully sold on the dummy rounds assumption either. The jams happen for her in the class as well with none of the other students having issues. She looks like she is limp wristing which is fine for her age and because she doesn't seem to have a good grip with her strong hand yet (hand too small).

Jake did well down there last month but man, he's a big 12 year old!

Another great Junior 3-Gunner is Katie Harris, 15 years old, she won womens Tac-Scope division and just signed with Benelli shotguns.

                                where are my pistol mags?
