I've noticed that American Eagle is pretty good stuff. Back when it was $6.00/box, it was a steal. Nowadays, it's closer to $11/box, but it's noticeably more accurate than WWB.

I will say, however, that the most accurate AND the cheapest loads in 9mm are the ones I make myself: Zero 125 gr. JHP .38 super over 4.3 gr. of Win 231. Brass is whatever I pick up at the range, so there's an endless supply. That translates to under $5/box, and I can easily hit silhouettes at 100 yds. w/ said load. Whether or not it's "worth" it depends on how much you shoot. For me, it's a no brainer.
