Revolver would be the tiny one you pulled from your boot after you ran your M4 and Glock dry. They finally nailed you when you tried to reload the damn thing. Damn ChiComs!

I voted Glock. They can pry the 1911 out of the other hand.

Had to vote other because all of the above wasn't an option.

                    SIG most likely...

I have 3 Sigs and I will be taking a backup gun class with two of those Sigs, so, the probability is high it will be a Sig.

And the poll doesn't include HK? Guess you realize that if you're shooting with HK, you're probably going to be a survivor!

That statement should really push some buttons here!

A "blaze of glory" is dramatic and all, but I think going underground and being a guerrilla is a lot more effective way to gum up the works and/or take enemies down with you. And I'd probably use a knife and IED's for that more than a handgun.

In a "Waco" situation where that's not an option, and I get to pick the weapon from among what I've got, I'll take the Garand and a few dozen loaded clips. I'm in a handgun forum cuz that's what I like to shoot, but it's not what I would willingly take to a gunfight.

It depends on where I am found.

                              At home: Glock 17C
                              Away from home: Sig P238
