    concealed carry in ca?

Hey calguners, how everyone doing? I'm getting ready to watch the playoffs here at hom while cleaning and oiling up my guns and got to thinking.. is there a way for a regular citizen in california to get a concealed carry permit? I'm almost positive if there is, it would probably be challenging, but is It possible? Thanks in advance for answers..

There is no such thing in CA......move along boy, nothing to see here. Just continue oiling up and cleaning your guns while you still can.

Check CCW section and 2A section of the CGN forum. There is most definitely a way for a citizen to get a CCW permit, it's just difficult right now, but it's being worked on by the great guys at CGF and slowly getting better.

Requirements vary by County of Residence.
I have a friend in San Bernadino County who was able to a CCW. He claimed that his job required him to go into some bad places.
Los Angeles, Orange County, and anything near the bay area are impossible unless you have major funds to donate to the campaign of the right politician or are a major Hollywood celebrity.
I have no knowledge of other CA Counties.

My area is very CCW friendly, it is based on the 'Chief Law Enforcement Officer' of your county, so they can make the process easy, or difficult.
