I have a .40 KKM barrel and also a KKM 40-9 conversion barrel for my Glock 27. KKM barrels are high quality and have excellent machining and workmanship in fit and finish that you can tell right off from looking at them. I haven't had any problems with either barrel after shooting hundreds of rounds through each.

The .40 KKM G27 barrel leaves the ejected brass in excellent shape with no hint of a bulge because of the fully supported chamber. Accuracy seems better than the stock barrel but I have never done a specific back to back test with both barrels to prove it.

The only downside to the KKM barrel that I see is the price is a little higher than other choices. I doubt you can go wrong with other brand barrels that are less expensive and I'm sure they are good quality. I think the quality of KKM barrels is excellent though and they are worth the money if that's what you choose.
