Lone Wolf has had some issues with fitting and have very tight chambers. (in before those that own them and say different). I have chosen Stormlake due to their excellent QC and tighter than factory chamber, but not so tight that it won't feed any kind of ammo.
BarSto's sometimes need fitting and have no personal experience with KKM.

Unbiased is good, I need to hear the good and the bad!

Wow, so far the Wolf is favorite, best bang for the buck?

and no love for the Dragon!

LW being the the most economical, and Bar-Sto with the highest price point and everyone else in between... very interesting.

I have the Lone Wolf 9mm conversion barrel for a G27 that works great. Plus, the price was right, somewhere around $100 at the time. I got some G26 mags and spent a few bucks for the G26 extractor and ejector assemblies that I use in place of the stock G27 parts. I don't want any reliability issues either on the practice range or at an event and haven't had any issues to date in 2 1/2 years. A few minutes with a Glock tool or the appropriate sized punch and, POOF, instant G26. I use 124 as well as 147 grain X-Treme bullets pushed to nominal velocities from reloads that work great. For the record, I also have three LW barrels for other models that work equally as well. Never any issues thousands of rounds later and no brass bulging if you're shooting .40 S&W reloads. Opt for the blind marked version that makes for a much cleaner look. Good luck.

I've had a Lone Wolf 10-40 conversion and had nothing but stove pipes after breaking in, cleaning the barrel and contacting LW. You get what you pay for, back in the day the LW conversion barrel was $99. The Jarvis is OK...but Glocks are reliable stock...if I had to do all over again, I should've just bought a Glock 22 to build my collection. I did get a Glock 23 that is my favorite.

Good luck and let us know what you decide!

I forgot to ask about type of ammo!

What are you guys shooting? Reloads? Factory? Foreign? Domestic? HP or FMJ?

                That work and don't work...

had a Lonewolf converesion barrel for my G35 that allowed me to shoot 9mm.. Extremely accurate barrel. Chamber was tighter and needed to be reamed- would not feed rounds with a longer OAL.

I purchased a few of them and would not hesitate to purchase more. A few other guys I know run them and have no horror stories what so ever. For the price, they're an extremely good value.

I wish there was a conversion barrel for a Glock 30. Lone wolf has one for the 29, but not the 30. I'd go with them, just because they seem like they have the best bang for your buck. That, and I don't really know any others! lol

From my talking to people and reading opinions on the web (don't own a Glock yet), KKM is a good barrel. You get Storm Lake quality and machining for slightly more money than a Lone Wolf (but less money than a Storm Lake).

I have a Lone Wolf 40-9 for my G23 and am impressed with it's performance. LW also has good customer service.

My two favorites are Jarvis and Barsto, neck and neck for relaiability and accuracy.

Whiche ever you get, go with the gunsmith fit version rather than drop in.
The way some gunshop clerks spout off, you'd think that they invented gunpowder and the repeating rifle, and sat on the Supreme Court as well.

I have a glock 20sf and the 10 to 40 conversion barrel. About 500 rounds now with no problems

                              +1 for the Lumpia!!!

                              I'd recommend just buying a Glock 22.

I went with the KKM over the LW for both a 10mm replacement (6" hunting version) and a standard 40 S&W conversion. I've put several hundred rounds down range with each of them with zero failures. Mostly 155 / 180 grain FMJ / plated rounds. Most were factory, 2-300 were reloads. Accuracy seems good and seems better than stock but I didn't do a side-by-side comparison to stock. I would likely go with KKM again but would also consider LW with a blind logo. At the time I bought the KKM's, I couldn't find the LW with the blind logo and just couldn't wait.
