    is a CCW permit required for LUCC. Sorry for the Noob question, this is the first time I have heard of this.

      You have a lot of searching and reading to do. The keyword you should search with is "LUCC".

      Before carrying a gun in public, either open carry, or concealed in some manner, you should understand the issue. The focus of this thread is on the container aspect of LUCC.

          I don't know man I kind of ended up confused. Seems if you have like it could be interpreted either way, or maybe it just read it wrong or don't get it. It seems like you have to be in the process of transporting. Any LEO that can educate me. Sorry for the thread jack.

            I like your laptop case idea! My only fear is a laptop is a big target for theft. I need something that doesn't interest a thief at all. The dayplanner idea fits that concept. Who wants to steal someone else's calendar?
