Dang! I've had a few squibs and none of them have gone that far. I've heard of someone mentioning an USPSA shooter having a squid during club practice and the RO stopping him for safety for reason of possible squib or gun breakage due to something he saw falling forward. Quick check during "show clear" was a fired case coming out of the chamber, gun still had the one piece recoil guide rod in place and gun looks fine.

Borrowed gun and reloaded ammo.... Squibs are not that uncommon, but I have never seen one stop right at the end of the barrel.
